Karmin’s brand new single, “Acapella,” was released this morning and sent to Top 40 Radio. Established writer and Karmin collaborator, Sam Hollander, mentioned on his personal Facebook that he heard the track on NYC’s Z100 station this morning. Hollander makes up 50% of the writing team, “Sam & Sluggo,” and has several cuts with Train, Good Charlotte, We The Kings, One Direction, and more.

Anarbor just released their latest LP, “Burnout,” on Hopeless records. Singles “Damage I’ve Done” and “18” are certainly strong points, however alleged filler tracks like “I Don’t Love You Anymore” and “Freaks” are impressive as well. This is the record that Anarbor should have put out in 2008. Unfortunately now, with a line up consisting of only a lead singer, it may be too late.

How? I’m not entirely sure, but internet sisters Megan & Liz got their hands on Max Martin & Shellback Music for their new single, “Release You.” Having already scored a radio hit, “Bad For Me,” with Martin Johnson (Boys Like Girls) earlier this year, I’d say they’re looking at a pretty solid 12 months to come.
